Current Development Status of Bahria Town Rawalpindi

Although the layout plans of these phases have been approved and Bahria Town owns the land, development has continued in accordance with planned timelines.
According to the management, the required documents and conditions for obtaining the NOC have already been fulfilled and submitted to the RDA, and approval is expected in the near future. Despite the absence of formal NOCs for these newer phases, a significant number of people have already invested and built properties there, largely due to the trust associated with Bahria Town.
